This rasta collar is made from 1" wide red, yellow, and green nylon crafted from 100% certified recycled plastic bottles. The medium is adjustable to fit a 14"-18" neckline and snaps on with a plastic side release buckled. The solid metal D-ring makes it easy to clip a leash to this collar. It's machine washable and should be laid flat to dry.
