The Medium harness is 1" wide and fits a 23"-28" chest. The Wiggles Wags & Whiskers patented Freedom No Pull Training Package has everything you need to train your dog to walk easily on a leash. Constructed of industrial strength nylon webbing with reinforced X-stitching, it provides you with the security of knowing this harness will stand up to daily use by even the strongest dogs.
